1) How to choose herbal products correctly?

If you have any doubts about choosing our products, we recommend filling in Test Tongue Analysis. On the basis of it, within 3 days, you will receive an e-mail from MUDr. Hoffmann with TCM diagnosis, recommended TCM products and recommended and non-recommended diet.

Alternatively, you can use and fill in our other TCM Tests.

2) Where you can find more information about our products and TCM?

Full information about our products as well as interesting articles about TCM can be found on our international website www.tcmherbs.eu.

3) What are the payment options for your order?

  •        By card online
  •        PayPal
  •        In case of interest, it is possible to pay by bank transfer (more information at info@tcmherbs.eu)

4) When will your shipment be dispatched from our warehouse?

Orders received on a weekday before 10am are dispatched the same day. Delivery time varies depending on the destination country – the parcel is usually delivered within 3-5 working days. If you wish to send the tracking number of your shipment, please email us at info@tcmherbs.cz.

5) What is the recommended dosage for each herbal product?

The dosage for each product is always individual and depends, for example, on whether the problem is chronic or acute. In case of doubt, please write your question to e-mail info@tcmherbs.eu or fill in and send Test Tongue Analysis.

6) How to use our herbal tablets most effectively?

In the evening, pour the required amount of tablets (a full day's dose) with a little water and the tablets will almost dissolve by morning. In the morning, put e.g. Beverage of Chinese Sages (code 900) or other beverage into the mug, pour with hot water (100°C) and mix everything properly. You can also add some good quality milk for a better taste. It is ideal to drink this drink with breakfast (instead of tea or morning coffee).

If you prefer to take undissolved tablets, take them on an empty stomach at least 15 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal. If you are taking chemical medicines at the same time, NEVER use them with herbal products at the same time! The recommended spacing of herbal products from chemical drugs is about 60 minutes.

7) Can the different tablets and drinks be combined with each other?

Yes, with the right selection of our products, they can be combined. In case of doubt, please send your question to info@tcmherbs.eu or fill in and send Test Tongue Analysis.

8) Where do our herbal products come from and what are they made of?

Our only supplier is the Belgian company Medichin, which imports all herbs from the company Min Tong, Taiwan. Established in 1938, this renowned company is one of the oldest in Taiwan in this field. By cooking raw herbs, Min Tong creates a pasteurized cocoa-like powder. The Belgian company Medichin then processes these concentrated herbal powders into herbal tablets and beverages (1 g herbal tablet is made from 5 g of raw herbs).

We do not import individual raw or dried herbs, but only concentrated powdered herbal extracts for one simple reason - it is NEVER possible to 100% ensure for dried and raw herbs (despite they are vacuum-packed) that they are not contaminated with micro-moulds at import, so they must be “properly treated” with sulphur or pesticides in advance... All our herbs are not ionized, they are gluten-free (except for the codes 025 and 113), and do not include aristolochic acid.

More information can also be found in our article Safety, quality and efficacy of TCM Herbs products.

9) Are our products safe? How and what are they tested for?

Yes, all of our products are completely safe – each batch of individual herbs (192 species) is tested at the Phytax accredited laboratory in Schlieren, Switzerland to identify herbs, heavy metals (mercury, cadmium, lead, arsenic and copper), bacteria (E.coli, Salmonella), fungi and yeasts (aflatoxins B1 and total aflatoxins) and 511 pesticides (organochlorine, organophosphorus, pyrethroid, nitrogen and other pesticides).  Furthermore, all our products in the Czech Republic are regularly inspected by CAFIA, which takes samples to determine the presence of heavy metals, bacteria and fungi.

The TCM Herbs herbal tablets and drinks both in terms of quality and quantity of herbs and mainly in terms of absolutely unprecedented testing of each batch (among other things on 511 types of pesticides) are among the best we can imagine and enjoy today in Chinese medicine.
