> Personal data processing
  1. TCM Herbs Europe, s.r.o., registered office U Černé věže 315/6, 370 01 České Budějovice, ID: 089 76 112 (hereinafter referred to as the “controller” or “we”), as the personal data controller processes your personal data stated below in the event of your inquiry in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”):

    • name and surname,
    • telephone number, if provided,
    • e-mail address,
    • text of the message.
  2. We process your name, surname, e-mail address, text of the message and telephone number, if optionally provided, for the purpose of replying to your inquiry or when negotiating a contract. Such processing is allowed by point (b) of Article 6(1) of the Regulation. We will process such personal data for no more than 1 year from the sending of your inquiry, unless you give consent to further processing.

  3. In appreciation of your interest, we would like to send you our best wishes for a New Year to the provided e-mail address once a year for 3 years from your inquiry. We believe that such conduct is in our legitimate interest, so we are allowed to do so by law, namely by point (f) of Article 6(1) of the Regulation, and that such conduct does not significantly interfere with your rights (because it is only one e-mail a year and, as a matter of course, you have the right to terminate such sending at any time). So you have the right to object to such sending at any time under Article 21 of the Regulation at our e-mail address: obchod@patentnimedicina.cz, telephone number 724 032 535 or by letter to the address TCM Herbs, s.r.o., U Černé věže 315/6, 370 01 České Budějovice. After we receive your objection, you will remove you from the database of addressees of New Year’s wishes without undue delay.

  4. Your personal data are processed by us but may also be processed for us by the following processors:

    • BCreative, s.r.o., web provider,
    • as the case may be, any other providers of processing software, services and applications we are not using at present, however.
  5. Please take note that according to the Regulation you have the right to:

    • request from us information as to what personal data concerning you we are processing, or request a copy of such personal data,
    • request from us access to such data and have them updated or rectified, or request restriction of their processing,
    • request from us erasure of such personal data – however, they will only be erased if our interests do not override protection of your privacy or if the erasure will not be contrary to law,
    • data portability where automated processing is concerned and where a contract is made,
    • an effective judicial remedy if you believe that your rights set out in the Regulation were infringed in the consequence of the processing of your personal data contrary to the Regulation,
    • to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (in Czech: Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
